Can it be customised to match our organisations procedures?
Yes, the system administrator can set the definitions of data such as mileage, standard journeys and subsistence rates.

In what countries can I use Transfare?
Transfare can be accessed from any internet browser (Security permitting) and indeed it can calculate numerous individuals in varying base currencies.

What size of organisation can use Transfare?
Transfare can be used as either an ASP version (ASP through BT allows for smaller users to benefit from Transfare features through low monthly rental per individual) from 5 users to 10,000 plus using our enterprise version

Is it difficult to use?
Once the system has been configured the user finds it very straight forward and logical and if needed a full help facility is available.

Is it difficult to Administrate?
Depending on the links provided to your existing systems will depend on the amount of administration required.

What type of users do I need?
Claimant, Authoriser and Administrator

How does an authoriser know a claim is waiting to be processed?
Transfare can generate an email on an hourly or daily basis informing the authoriser that there are claims to be authorised, this feature can be turned off if required.

Can I have more that one authoriser?
Yes up to two levels of authorisation can be catered for with the ability to forward claims to other authorisers and indeed provide substitute authorisers when on leave or off ill.

How are my receipts processed?
Upon submitting a claim the claimant will be prompted to highlight that a receipt is being provided, the user will then put the relevant receipt in an envelope labelling the envelope with the unique claim number and their relevant staff details and forward this claim to the authoriser. Meanwhile the authoriser will have been highlighted that this particular claim has a receipt on its way.
