Is it cost effective to implement Transfare in
all sizes of organisations?
As all organisations differ the savings and improvements
in working practise will vary, but if you are processing claims
for more than 5 users once a month there is a cost effective solution.
Is Transfare suitable for Public Sector
Use?
Yes, the system was designed using existing
claims from various public sector organisations
How does it work?
A claimant simply fills in the same details on-screen
as they would have on a paper form(s), this can be done via the
Intranet/Internet. Transfare automatically assigns the correct expenses
criteria and calculation for this Claimant. They can then click
to send the information to their authoriser. An Authoriser can be
notified by email of claims to be processed. They can access from
any Internet Browser and either authorise or reject the claim. If
authorised, the information then filters through to an export file
and uploaded into your financial system-as per your specification.Transfare
can then produce a full suite of useful analytical reports.
