One nursing home group found it extremely
difficult in processing claims from over 40 branches. Staff where
frustrated about the length of time it took to check and process
a claim, the accounts staff were under pressure to answer and deal
with staff queries and indeed tracking the expenditure in petty
cash was proving an administration nightmare.
Now using Transfare they have improved the process
time and staff can check remotely at what stage their claim is in
the process without having to call the accounts staff. Furthermore
now that petty cash is processed through Transfare the purchasing
department have been able to improve bulk purchase and indeed provide
accurate reporting information on a regional basis.
